Our role requires us to be engaged in every aspect of the project process. We ensure that all communication and coordination is occurring timely and efficiently, objective decisions are being made, and the client team have the necessary details to provide the incremental approvals required to keep the project moving forward and on track. This is achieved through consistent interaction with the project team via weekly project and coordination meetings, to daily updates and 'check ins' to monitor progress, identify issues, and develop solutions.
