As co-founder of Pacific Edge Projects, Antony brings over 25 years of diverse industry experience, having worked on or successfully managed many significant projects in three continents. Antony is well versed in each aspect of the project life cycle, including due diligence / feasibility analysis, entitlements, lease negotiation, design and engineering, jurisdictional approvals, procurement, construction management and technology integration, providing comprehensive principal level and hands on Project Management throughout.
In the formative years of Antony’s career, he recognized the importance of the Project Manager possessing a thorough understanding of the scope and disciplines they manage to bring maximum ‘value add’ to the both the client and project process, thus defining the Project Managers role as much more than an administrative function. Throughout his career, this philosophy has been put into practice by continuing to acquire design and construction technical knowledge and education which is utilized in guiding effective and creative solutions to project challenges.

As co-founder of Pacific Edge Projects, James brings a thoughtful and holistic approach to every project. His combination of passion, positive attitude, and business insight separate him from the pack.
With over 14 years in the industry across the U.S. and U.K., James has a diverse project experience including hotels, commercial tenant improvements, retail and new-build construction. From planning to execution and beyond, James takes an integrated approach every step of the way to deliver on success. He believes in building the right team for each and every assignment, efficient procedures, and effective communication between the Client, Design and Contractor teams.
A naturally hands-on Project Manager, James’ expertise with overall plan strategy and day-to-day management is informed by his valuable insights into how that impacts the client’s end result.

As a founding member of Pacific Edge Projects, Michael brings the focus to the fundamentals of project delivery. Process ownership, advance planning, and effective and respectful management allow him to guide clients towards their end goals.
With 7 years of Project Management experience on long-duration and large-scale Campus developments, and fast-moving Tenant Interior projects, Michael has a track record of delivering above client expectations. He is an advocate of a ‘neater-is-better’ approach, with the primary objective to anticipate and mitigate potential project impacts, while supporting project administration and cost-related functions. Michael is a true extension of any team he works on, acting as the backbone and taking the lead to ensure project success.

A member of Pacific Edge Projects, Diana brings over a diverse multitude of experiences to assist her in projects. Her bright attitude, adaptability, and attention to detail allows her to ensure that each project’s financial data are accurate and up-to-date. Prior to joining Pacific Edge Projects, she worked as a Project Assistant at Warner Constructor, LLC, where she provided overall administrative support for multiple Project Managers ranging in various scales. Her additional financial background plays a crucial role to her responsibilities, as they include detailed financial cost management setup and execution based on the client’s financial structures, and timely invoice submissions.
